It is that time again. Yes, where I try to lose those same 30KG that I always try to lose. Usually, I’m quite successful but then something goes horribly wrong and I stop bothering. Most recently, that was the batteries on my scales dying and I just pretended that I wasn’t putting on weight… 7KG later and I buy some new batteries YIKES!

So, now I’m reforming (or attempting to) and trying to better my diet and exercise regime.

I feel that I’m improving but my scales aren’t reflecting the change. You have no idea how disappointed I am, after 3 weeks to have lost no weight even though I’ve dramatically changed what I eat and am exercising more.

I won’t give up though and hope for better results this week. It’s been hard though, my weight is yo-yoing around like crazy.

Today is weigh in #3 and well, if I don’t weigh less than 97.2KG I’m cracking skulls :D Not really… I’ll be going for a bikeride instead actually.

Welcome, welcome to Surrounded by Food. Now, you might be asking “Just what is Surrounded by Food” well it is the beginnings of a group health/food blog between Jana and I. We’re trying to get fit and healthy and that is always easier with a but of support right?
