I have spending issues.. And eating issues.. and saving issues. Or not being able to save issues. But this blog is about eating etc, so.. Eating issues it is. :P

Actually I guess part of my eating issue is also a spending issue. I mean, I waste so much money on food! I have  fish and chips at lest once a week, I eat take-a-ways (KFC, Subway, Indian..etc etc) every 8 days, so I guess I eat fast food twice a week nearly. That’s pretty bad considering I’m ment to be on a diet.

I went to the doctor the other day. I weigh *crys* 95KG. I was shocked, it’s only been a few months since I weighed in at 92KG! I didn’t think I’ve been eating that badly. :(

I guess the issue is that I’m not exersizing. I don’t really have time to go to a gym. I can afford it, but then adding gas, time to get to the gym (Closest gym is prob 45 mins away) getting home.. tiredness after work etc. I know these are all exuses, and if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m supposed to be saving for uni / paying off my car, I would be OK with the arse load of gas / time it’d take to get to the gym. Maybe I’ll look into it.

My room isn’t very big, and I share a house, I can’t exactly to exersize in the living room. HOWEVER. Our spear room has become free, so perhaps I shall shift my TV/DVD player in there, and start Zumba or something similar. Or get an https://www.abcirclepro.com/ they look fun. Perhaps I could rent a tredmil or a cross trainer? ACTUALLY. That’s a good freaking idea. It’s just getting it home is the issue.

I have a question!1

If you had to pick one piece of exersize equipment to exersize with for a long amount of time (few months) what would you use? I think I will look into hiring a cross trainer, or see if I can get a bo-flex. LMAO. No jokes. Wish me luck.

  1. Yay for involving readers! []

At the end of last year we invested in a Wii. The very first that we’ve owned and it is neat! Not to mention, red.

Anyway, last time I had access to a Wii I bought “My Fitness Coach: Get in Shape” and didn’t mind it but I wasn’t overly motivated.

So I bought it again, at a much lesser price and second hand. I’m really enjoying it and she is working muscles I never knew I had! I love it because you enter in your measurements and weight every 10 workouts (I’ve only done 10 so far) and you can compare with the previous ones.

You then get to decide what your goal is (toning, weight loss etc.) and you get workouts based on that. It is really like a workout DVD except that it changes everytime and you can determine what the focus is and how long you’ll be working out for. Also, if you have any equipment (hand weights, yoga balls) you can mention it and it will be incorporated into your work out. All very neat.

I haven’t lost a lot of weight yet, but that is mainly due to my still very bad diet, but I feel as though my fitness levels have increased. If just slightly, I can do Jumping Jacks without dying now to start with :)

It’s strange, whenever I decide it is time to get into shape I always dread the exercise component but then it turns out not bingeing on chocolate and chips and whatever else really is the hard part. So, my next task is to put together some healthy but delicious meals… I’m hoping I can do it!
